The Ying-Yang of life and death, the butterfly that symbolizes growth and rebirth, there is a light seeming to shine from within the skull out into the world around it. Yellow flowers suggesting friendship both between the skeleton and the butterfly, but also the ultimate cycle of life; without death there is no life, and vice versa. That there could be something so soft and wonderful after the harshness that so often accopanies death.
